Went a hour before close and from out of town and had a wonderful experience! Prices were great and so was the service! It is a little hidden if it’s your first time but once you find it you won’t be disappointed!!

This is a regular stopping point for our family and it never disappoints. They recently rolled out ice cream nachos which were a game changer!

My kids and I had an awesome experience yesterday. We were there early before opening and she opened the store just for us!!! She let my kids try tons of flavors and the amount of icream we got for $13 was a great deal. Really nice staff and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend.

A big serving size. Friendly staff. One of very few places in Lincoln to get hand dipped ice cream. A variety of flavors. Last summer they had rhubarb. Not sure why they don't have it this summer. It was SO GOOD!!!

Cool place. Nice staff. Ice cream was good... Very thick... Like gelato. Nice little courtyard next to it to hang outside.

This place was amazing -- a great little ice cream shop that while not too far off the beaten path had some great small town vibes! The customer service was immaculate and the malts / shakes were incredible! Pro tip: get a shake with any of the ice cream flavors they have on "tap" and really blow your taste buds!

Very fair prices for excellent quality ice cream. The business itself is also very clean. Not even a speck of dirt to be seen. Always smells like it's been freshly cleaned in there.

Top hat creamery was amazing. Rich flavors and very crunchy waffle cones! Kids loved the color changing spoons, so great job on that part!

Top Hat is incredible and a great new spot to go in Lincoln Illinois. The atmosphere is very upbeat and friendly and the staff are great. One of the very best hot fudge sundaes I’ve ever had. The quality of the ice cream is evident in the flavor and smooth creamy texture. Great place to take the family for a treat with indoor and outdoor seating!!
