I took my wife to Toro for Valentine’s Day and we both loved the variety of delicious food. Each of the Tapas we tried were incredible as well as the $5 tacos. We went to Toro for Valentine's Day Dinner. Our waiter was Jowlz. He was the absolute BEST. LOVED HIM.He recommended all our drinks, appetizers, and desserts which were all wonderful.
