Traverso's has excellent food. We go there and normally get our favorites. For me it's the "Linguine Carbonara"! Tonight did not disappoint. Had a surprise 90th birthday party for my Dad. Had 120+ people. Management worked with us during planning. Staff was amazing the day of the party and food was great! Wrote a review 4 yrs ago and Traverso's is still top notch. I Love the creamy garlic dressing which might be a little sweet for some. 6 of us went and all loved the food. Big portions with gentle prices. All ordered a pasta dish.I want to give a shout out to our server Charlene. We all agreed she was awesome. Thanks for a loving evening. Wonderful place and the quality of food is excellent. Mike is always wonderful to Neuqua parents after football and basketball games. They misplaced a small portion of our carryout but promptly delivered it. Kudos to Mike and his manager. Love this restaurant and we're lucky to have them. We just picked up a pizza tonight and it's been years since we have had Traverso's pizza, so I don't recall how it was in the past. The pizza looks terrible, like it sat too long and the cheese is hard. Pretty disappointing! Very hard to chew and the color is oddly orange.

The best thin crust pizza you will ever have! It just melts in your mouth when your eatting. It’s like a piece of paradise every time I take a bite! The rest of the menu is top notch too of course. Traverso’s pizza is the BEST! Our server Charlene was extremely attentive and has the most positive energy. The mama's special meat ravioli...amazing!! You can select the sauce you want with your pasta and I chose the tomato cream. It was the best decision I made. I was craving good pasta when I found this restaurant and it definitely fulfilled my craving! The restaurant had a welcoming home feel which we loved. Great ambiance and super friendly staff. We had a big party of 8 people and were well taken care of. The calamari and bruschetta we ordered for appetizers were both good. The pasta was super fresh tasting and the portion sizes are very large. My wife had the gnocchi which melted in you mouth. The one thing I found that was a little lack luster was the marsala sauce on my entree it was bland and pasty like a roux.
