I went to this location on Sunday evening, ordered 2 Açaí Berry Boost with Vitamin C, tasted it and it tasted more like ice than anything I ordered. I tried to call the restaurant but they were already closed. I couldn’t even drink it, no point of drinking tasteless ice that cost a fortune. I tried to contact them on the app and no response so unfortunately I would like to warn all of you to avoid this restaurant that doesn’t make smoothies like the other Tropical Smoothies around, save your $19 and go somewhere else. Very poor quality.

Tropical smoothie is my favorite place to eat but I will net be returning to this location the longest wait everytime! I understand low staffing is happening around the country but I doubt people Are ordering a million items. Also there was a full hair in my wrap…. Absolutely disgusting put on hair nets for the staff that are there.
