Not sure why ordering something with no sauce is such a problem.. Ordered the Dakota Egg burger with no mayo and no guacamole. Apparently thats enough to completely lock up the cooks. All I ended up getting was a over cooked burger patty with a overcooked egg on top with 2 pieces of bread. How could any professional send something out like that and be perfectly ok with it. Was no fault of the server because she even read back the correct order but lacked any sort of compassion. Never once apologized or offer to make the situation correct other than to offer to "bring the cheese out". What a bummer too, the previous visit was very pleasant with a fantastic server. Bella our waitress and the managers at this restaurant really made this a memorable birthday for my husband. I can’t thank them enough from all my changes in seating they accommodated to Bella doing a phenomenal job remembering 10 people’s 5 flights orders . She made sure we were good on food and drinks with always a smile. Thank you to the managers for reserving a special table and making sure there was enough seating. The food was so good too! Burgers/fries; Texas toast dip/orings & water for 2. Loved my Texas toast dip but the au jus was way too salty to use. Sandwich fine without the dip. Attentive, friendly, fast service.
