I love this store, sometimes can be a hectic place, because it is very busy at times, but all of the morning shift people are very nice and make an effort to joke and put a smile on your face! Rarely out of the coffee I like and with no hesitation they will make more.

Stopped in to grab ice cream from UDF for the first time in years because I live so far away - the two young gentlemen running the store made my night. They were so kind and funny and quick to get me and my family taken care of.

Last cpl weeks was a nice place. But since the mgr Tammy came back it's back to hurry up get your stuff and get out. Most miserable person I met. The other lady mgr that was there when she was gone was very nice and would help anyone. The workers are always rude nothing is stocked a lot and the store in general is filthy. Seems with Udf I noticed the good workers seem to get pushed out and the ones that are lazy and disrespectful they keep. One day I heard a supervisor tell someone they can't get rid of anyone even if they don't do anything because it's a body . I don't see the wisdom in that. At least the ppl who want a a job where they get paid to do nothing have it made. While the ppl who take pride in their job end up jobless because of it. But at least these Udf stores have bodies, no product in the coolers shelves and mold growing in a lot of places for customers to get sick.

Not good.
Very slow. Customers wait as employees talk and look around.
Not attentive to customers .
To be honest, it is not a well run store.
Kind of sucks
Only store in Batavia and it is a mess.
Someone from UDF needs to step up to the plate , put some big boy pants on and make the necessary adjustments to accommodate THEIR CUSTOMERS..
Pay more, get quality employees.
It's really not that hard.

We’ve decided to stop in and get a shake for my wife.. there’s a boy working there by the name of Brian demanded us to pay for the shake instead of asking to pay for it. Truly knows nothing on how to run business MUCH less interaction with customers when asking is much more appropriate than demanding.
