A Southern classic. Wonderful, welcoming staff. Mixed review on the food: 1. We had the shrimp and grits, which were a bit disappointing: underseasoned and overcooked shrimp over soupy grits. 2. On the good side, the biscuits were flaky, and the coffee was perfect. Next time I'd stick with the breakfast basics like eggs and ham/bacon/sausage. Rock on, Victor's! See you again soon. The best mom and pop cafeteria for breakfast I've ever had!! Super comfortable laid back environment. The food is simple to the point and delisous! The pricing is low!
