We were happy with our server. It smelled awful where we sat that hadn't been cleaned. The carpet was filthy bad and under the table. Then the wall by us was really dirty with black fingerprints. That ruined our appetite! We paid and left a nice tip, I just hope the guy got the ten bucks. I won't recommend this place when passing through Douglas. I'm very disappointed in Village Inn. Also, the workers evidently don't know how to greet with a smile, at least. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Same awesome food I remember having years ago. I have been gone from the area for years and just moved back. My daughter and son in law took me out to eat and we drove to Douglas just to eat at Village Inn. Service was excellent. Food was so good. I got the Rio Grande skillet like I use to get but I think it was called Santa Fe skillet and the green Chile was as good as it was years ago. Great place to eat.
