the food was great, BUT THE SERVICE WAS EVEN BETTER!! literally cannot stress enough that i have never had a waffle house, or restaurant, experience better than this. SAM KILLED IT, and went above and beyond all of our expectations. she never left a cup empty, suggested sauce pairings, asked if we wanted extra toppings (didn’t even know was an option!), and asked if we wanted sugar free syrup (also didn’t even know was an option!). to finish things off, she completely anticipated our needs and gave us boxes before we even asked for them. the entire atmosphere was amazing as well, as all of the employees were making jokes with us and laughing the whole time. As an avid fan of Waffle House, I have to say, I just had the best experience of my life at this location. The food was great and timely, and the atmosphere boisterous. All that said, the best part, hands down, was the service. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Samantha, and from the moment I sat down I was taken aback by her initiative. Waffle House isn’t known for its reputation of above and beyond service, but Samantha is undeterred in her efforts. If you’re reading this, I recommend you try and ask if you can be served by Sam. My husband and I came for breakfast. We were seated, had our orders taken, and had our food all within 15 minutes. Our waitress was GREAT, I wish I would have got her name for this review! The food came quick, correctly, and hot! Would definitely go back. This was probably the best Waffle House experience I’ve ever had! The Waffle House at 3665 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, Florida, served up a Great breakfast for us today! I particularly enjoyed their Signature Pecan Waffle with butter, maple syrup, and whipped cream! I also had a bacon, cheese, hash brown, egg scramble bowl; the serving was so large I took half of it home. I also enjoyed the engaging, informative, and friendly waitress, Sueann! She made our breakfast experience both fun and memorable! ❤️

This Waffle House was so fun. The employees were singing classics and dancing the entire time we were there. It's such a fun environment. We really enjoyed our breakfast.
