Still waiting for my application to be approved for self checkout. Also waited for someone to help with men's colonel for over 30 minutes. Even after pushing the service button until it finally quit and going to checkout to no avail, I finally called the store . I got the store manager and explained that he was paying phantom associates and what had happened or hadN'T happened. 15 minutes later, an associate showed up, told him what I needed, and GUESS what! HE DIN'T HAVE KEY FOR DISPLAY CASE FOR THE COLONGE! AAARRRGGGHH.

I give it a 5 because you can find anything you need or want there. Otherwise, I would give it 1 star because I despise giant stores with rude and unpolite people.

Store is always clean and organized. Pharmacy staff is entirely unprofessional, entitled, and arrogant. If the management is unaware of the problem, then they're part of the problem.

How does this Walmart and the Mall side one exist in the same town?!
It wasn't cramped, there weren't 20 curbside pick up carts in every isle, the customer service was so good!!! Even the other customers were nicer!!!! How...how is that even possible??
Everything was fully stocked, tidy, and well organized. The layout was impeccable.
AND...THEY HAD REAL PEOPLE WHO CHECKED US OUT!!! ❤❤❤ There weren't a million self checkouts with employees yelling were to go and all the noise and chaos. I hate going to the mall side and after this, probably will never go again. 😌🤘

I love the convenient shopping of Walmart but I think the people that aren't being cashiers should at least help customers bag their items. it feels weird to have them staring at you but not assisting. Either that or open more registers for cashiers. People don't want to have to do all the work of their shopping experience after working all day themselves.

I Cannot Thank the Young Lady Cashier Enough that Helped Me Figure Out how to Work My Light Up Santa Sweatshirt! I don't know Her Name But She Was Precious 💞 Another Cashier was right there Named Mary Ann who is Always Delightful and can tell You the Young Ladies Name...She was a Beautiful, Young African American Young Lady with Glasses.. Her Very Kind Personality and Help was More than I can Express...I'm 62 and She was Extremely Patient with Me... Appreciatively, Laura Hicks ( Super Walmart Across from the Ky Oaks Mall) ♥️🕊️

I just went for a micro USB cable. Asked if they knew if the cable transfers data or not. Instead of simply saying no, yes or I don't know, the worker began to question why I needed it to transfer data like he is the police. He then proceeded to tell me that I didn't need it to transfer data. He argued with me about this. Just do your job bro.

I came for prescription p/u which was fast and cashier was so nice and went the extra mile to run it through Goodrx to save me a ton of money. My ins wouldn't cover it so after Goodrx it went from $99 to $17. I didn't even have to ask them to run it but if they would have said $99, I definitely would have requested it. It wasn't busy. I then went to buy some groceries and check out was pretty flawless in self check out. Employees seemed engaged and pleasant.

Usually can find what I need and get out quickly. But man really the parking lot is a pain now. Too many pick up lines too many yellow lines The walk to get inside the place is long. Oh and Wal Mart should really give a great big damn for the employees and show them how much they appreciate them. Not just by nickel quarter raises either. Yall can do much better than that.
