My friend, Alicia, and I had the pleasure last week of dining in this restaurant for a few different meals. The location is just beautful and opens out to a spectular verenda. We were greeted by Jonah. Jonah waited on us several times and recommended some menu items that he thought we would love. He was engaging and the food and atmosphere was perfect. That night we stopped by for happy hour at the bar and we were greeted with the same wonderful service from Gregg, the bartender. He suggested some delcious drinks paired with some great apps. What a wonderful experience. We went back to both places several times. Don't miss this place for the outstanding service and food.

We had the best time here! 100% recommend. We went 3 nights in a row and were lucky enough to meet Sam who is a bartender and bartender and recommended great hikes and great food. On the last night our waitress was Tammy who is so lovely. Great place and such a nice atmosphere.

THIS RESTAURANT COMMITS FRAUD
I came here the other day and signed for $110 including tip today looking at my bank statement realized I was charged $125 I called and was told by the manager that I left a much larger tip than I wrote meaning that the server Gustavo changed the tip to give him self more. Not to mention the horrible service I received. The manager I spoke to was not even phased by the fact that this happened telling me that she would launch an internal investigation. I will not be back.

My party had a reservation at 8, but we weren’t sat until after 9. Over an hour wait when we had a reservation. Then once we sat down we ordered appetizers and drinks and then waited 30+ minutes for them to come to the table. Then after waiting another hour or so it was almost 11 and we still hadn’t received our food. I’m disappointed because the team did not display any effort to expedite our service given how late we were sat down. In addition to that, nobody checked in to see if we were doing okay since everything was taking so long. I understand if the kitchen is backed up but the restaurant was almost empty and the kitchen staff weren’t even in the kitchen. This was an unacceptable experience, and when the manager came to our table around 11 he only attempted to argue instead of apologize for the mistakes that were clearly made. I expected this restaurant to live up to the Andaz reputation and it clearly did not. Better timing, communication, and respect would’ve made the whole experience different. Or even asking the customer how you could’ve done better would’ve showed interest in growth and refinement as a company. Such a disappointing experience.

Had a reservation at 8 pm was told there was a delay due to people who selected to seat outside wanting to sit inside. Waited over an hour to be seated and over another hour for appetizers and drinks. Food didn't come out until another hour later even though the restaurant has already cleared out. Went to McDonald's after and got faster service.
