I went there last Friday night, after not being able to buy any chili at the Boothwyn location. I ordered my chili, then as I was about to place my card in the reader to pay, the manager yelled over "no more chili" and took the last bit. I told her that I ordered first. She didn't care and just walked away. I left without getting any food. I'm NEVER going to this location ever again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s a Wendy’s. The level of service and quality of the food is completely dependent on when you visit. The locations is typically very busy at lunch. Food takes longer, staff is stressed, and fries are usually not hot. Same is true during the dinner rush. Go in the middle of the afternoon and it’s completely different. I ordered online and I pulled up saying I ordered online and my name. I got to the window and I gave a cash tip and the guy at the window told me to pull over. This guy I wish I knew what his name was brought me out the hottest and freshest food I've ever gotten from Wendy's. I'll never forget that. Thank you!!!! Apparently a Baconator comes without bacon. Then when approached, the service girl immediately requested a manager, who came up and grabbed the burger. Shortly after, I was presented with the same burger, but with bacon and from some random guy. Needless to say, I tossed it and will never endure that experience again.
