We just went through the drive through and at first I was thinking we wouldn't get good service because I didn't hear anyone greet us to take our order. Then, after I asked, the gentleman said to pull up to the window. After ordering and watching other customers receive their orders I realized the store must be understaffed today and the people working were probably doing multiple things. Our food was correct and we received it in a timely manner.

I went through the drive through around 11:15pm and no one responded. Drove around to see if there were any workers inside and they were inside, seems like they were trying not to be seen. So I drove around again to go through the drive-through and never responded. Then I drove up to the window and knocked on it. The worker just looked at me and continue doing what she was doing. There was also another worker inside that ignored me as well. This location doesn’t close until 1 AM so they were deciding not to service me.
Absolutely the worst experience of any fast food restaurant I’ve visited since moving to Houston. They were asked to make an order fresh, it wasn’t a large order either…. A biggie bag and number 4, the young lady at the window was extremely rude from the moment we asked to have it made fresh, telling us there’d be a wait, which we were fine with. we were finally asked to pull forward, by a different employee, not the one taking our order because she’d already thrown us a bag of food that wasn’t ours closed the window given us a thumbs up laughed and walked off right after we paid neglecting to give us a receipt or our card back. When we finally got our card back there was still no receipt. After pulling forward we wait for another 30 minutes for the items above before going back to ask if your food was ready to which, the young lady replied she didn’t know what we had. So our order hadn't even been made after waiting that long. We asked for our money back and left. I’ll be finding the information for the corporate office to speak with someone regarding this horrible experience.
