I moved to Donaldsonville in February and haven't visited my local Wendy's until last night. I was greeted at the window by a very enthusiastic and charismatic woman named Gina. We had a brief conversation at the window, and it wasn't the food that will make me return, it's Gina. She was sweet and kindly let me know that it was getting close to close and that my order would take a tad longer to prepare. Thank you for the wonderful experience Gina and welcome to Louisiana!! Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. When pulling up the person said something, it was not intelligible. 1045pm, no one else was in the line, only vehicle at the area to order. Asked if could order after a few minutes, no response. Waited, waited. Asked if someone was there again. They said they were in the middle of a shift change. 2 hours before closing. Left at that point.

By far the RUDEST experience I've had in quite a while. The woman on the drive thru was just plan RUDE- she certainly didn't want to be there, acted as though I was interrupting her by coming through the Drive-thru. 1st and absolute LAST time I'll waste my time or money there.
