This has to be the best Wendy's ever! From the very beginning at order taking to the courteous greetings. I could not believe how clean the kitchen floor was. Hats off! I knew the name of the server. Slowest fast food drive thru experience that I have ever experienced. Wasn’t even in there during a lunch rush, 3 cars in the drive thru including mine. Took me 25 mins total to order at the speaker and get my food. Completely unacceptable service. Guy at the window was very kind to me however they had him running an order out to a car they pulled up, instead of working the drive thru line. Whoever manages this Wendy’s needs to be fired. Not sure if you’re short staffed but this is absurd. Just close down if you can’t handle 2-3 cars in the drive thru. No one was even ordering food inside. I have not been to a Wendy's restaurant in over 10 years. I happened to find myself wanting a frosty after a long day out at Boston Mills snowboarding and this was the perfect spot to stop on my way to the turnpike. Unfortunately, the location seems very minimally staffed and while I was the only person in the restaurant, it took several minutes before anyone acknowledged me standing there or came over to take my order (there was nobody in the drive through either that I could see) it seems they may have been working on mobile orders? Since I was just getting a frosty, it was a quick order but no sooner did they hand me the frosty by sliding it across the counter to me, did the two employees turn back to whatever they had been working on. The frosty was as good as I remembered it which was a plus at least. The restaurant is adjacent to a truck stop gas station location so it's utilitarian at best inside the dining area, which is perfectly fine for a fast food location but not a place you would want to spend any real amount of time in.
