Sadly under staffed!! The kids working there do their best without any real leadership or support. Not being able to prepare the food in a timely manner and rushing to keep up... The food quality suffers. The last three times I've been there (past 6 months) I've seen multiple customers walk out. Owner do what it takes and staff up, clean up and your sales will be up! Worst customer service and place ever. They hired a bunch of clueless people. I order a sandwich and soup- finish laying before I even get the chance to get a receipt the lady tosses it in the trash- I ask her can I actually get a receipt she looks clueless and goes for the trash with her hands and tries to hand it to me- where she gets her common sense from i dont know.(her name is Alex btw) by the time I get home half the soup I’m in my plastic bag and spilled all over. Sandwiches are super bland soup bowls aren’t even bowls it’s like a cup of soup. Don’t waste your time here - just go to nugget if you want a soup and sandwich.HORRIBLE PLACE
