This place sucks. Took 20 minutes to get some taquitos. Then when I finally get them they tell me they don’t have any picante sauce. There’s 40 stores in DFW, go borrow some. Then the taquito is made like this? Yall are horrible, should terminate the entire management team. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Found multiple metal shards in my food today December 26, 2023 @ 10:45-11ish. As I was chewing I felt more and more pain and one of these (what looks like metal bristles from a grill cleaner) was stuck in the roof of my mouth and swallowing even one of these is enough to cause internal bleeding or worse please check your food thoroughly before eating so it doesn’t happen to you. Glad this location is open again. But I just want to commend the young woman in the morning. I believe her name Is Brianne or Brianna. I watched her take orders out and all the while with a smile on her face. It was raining one of the days. She is such a sweet person. They just redid this Whataburger and wow! It’s really lovely! The staff was super helpful when I was having an issue with the app. My food was hot and fresh. I never had a problem with them even before the remodel anyway. I must say the cashier was so friendly and sweet. I had rewards for a patty melt in which I've never had. She let me try the sauce that's on it mmmm. Can’t complain. Got some free chili fries. Because my hat is killer and it makes people do what I want. Edit: the night crew is absolutely horrible. They can never get anything right. The burgers are sloppy. Bun is soaking wet. It really reminds me that this is a lower class neighborhood I live in. SMH. And everyone has a attitude. The worst Whataburguer in dallas so far. They make you wait more than 30 minutes for your food even tho there wasnt that many people, and they were giving me also the wrong order, my fries were burned that i had to throw them away. The Team Member put the car ahead of me on hold for atleast 15min, the line backed up so I was forced to stay in the line. I get home and realize the food was ice cold and I wasn’t given drinks with my combos!!! This location just reopened and I won’t be back. At midnight, an online order, special requests. Why would I ever take a star away from an amazing double meat jalapeño “cheese” burger. The thing was super delicious and satisfied all of my hunger needs. I went and picked up my order myself just after midnight after ordering it on the app. The cook had it ready for me by the time it took me to put my shoes on and drive to the restaurant. If I didn’t feel like everyone in the building was on drugs, I might have checked my purchase, but I felt it might be best to check it at home. It was super delicious. I’ll definitely do it again. Probably not from this location because y’all are lit and I want my cheese yo.
