Slowest fast food in 4 states. Check your order before you leave. Doesn't mater what time.of day or night you go, you will be waiting. If you only have 30-45 minutes for lunch and then back to work your better off at QT deli them here. I haven't been to this location in quite some time. It used to be fast and efficient. No longer. The drive thru was busy, but there were only 2 other people in the store when I entered. We were all waiting quite a while to be waited on, despite many employees seeing us. As we waited, for others entered. I had an online order. A regular customer came in after me. He got his order before the rest of us even got helped. My order, 2 taquitos, was supposed to be ready at 722. I got it at 734. 2 people walked out of the store before even ordering. I ordered a What A Catch which can be tricky because it’s not something that is normal and onion rings and they did a great job on it and they were friendly and even though I was on the phone for part of the order they still didn’t lose their cool they were really good. 5am I stop and get something to eat on the way home from work. The woman that took my order and worked the window was nice. I sat at the window waiting for my order for over 10 minutes. Seemed like they were cooking it, so the wait time seemed worth it. Once I got my order, I drove home and sat down to eat..... it was made clear it was already cooked and just sitting there. Both of my taquitos were cold, barely had anything in them, and the hashbrowns were cold and stale. Sadly, this isn't the first time THIS whataburger has made stopping for breakfast a waste of time. Iv never had a bad experience with any other location, but this is the third bad experience at this location. I stop here every morning! The employees are the best!! The lady who is in charge is so down to earth! The restaurant is alway clean! Bathrooms always clean! Food taste great! The first thing they have dool drive through but are only using 1, and they did not block off the second one, so you have no way of knowing that. 2nd, I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes and received cold food. They put a double charge on my order. When I called the store and tried to get a partial refund, the restaurant refused to do so. Then the manager at the store even said thank you once I said I would make a complaint about it to the higher level position of the corporate. That's so inappropriate and unprofessional way to handle the business. She should be banned or fired. Otherwise, the store won't last long if they are still there and give customers bad service. Clean! Friendly servers! The food was great! Fresh crisp veggies, meat was perfect, fries devine, drinks and shake were perfect. Kahlia was the cashier. She was very friendly. She worked the entire time we were dining.
