I was so disappointed with my last trip to azle whataburger. The person taking my order in drive through, got snotty with me when i was repeating my order but obviously she wasnt listening to me, because hamburger was wrong and to top that fries were cold. I shouldve checked before i drove off, but i was running late so waited until i had merged back on highway.. my advice is check your order! Dont make my mistake. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This whataburger location always serves hot, fresh food. We have dined in many times and the staff keeps the restaurant very clean, they work to make sure orders are correct and served as timely as possible. It was ok, service was slow but fairly friendly. Not many eat inside anymore. It's mostly pick ups, drive thru, or door dash type of customers. About the same as any other Whataburger but out here sometimes you get good quality food but many times it's either over cooked or cold bc it's been sitting there a while even tho they're supposed to be made to order. Ordered through the mobile app and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived and had to wait 25 minutes longer for food, and the fries were old, and they didn't put ketchup in the bag, and the wife's double cheeseburger had no cheese on it. Great Texas Whataburger experience. These guys have their own Texas themed murals. Churches have made it an after service hangout, so it's super safe for the kids. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered fries and a small shake online the other night and I went inside to pick up my order and the cashier told me to wait that they had a lot of orders before mine. I understood the situation and waited with 3 to 4 other customers that were waiting as well. I basically stood there with those 3 customers for at least 15 to 20 mins and decided to go to the car to let my girlfriend know why it was taking so long. So she went in then came back out. By this time I was pretty upset. I basically went in and spotted two girls behind the soda machine and told them my situation and was able to get my order in a matter of 1min. So terrible service that evening. The male cashier had black nail polish on his fingers. He needs more training. The kids whom were having to work Thanksgiving evening were all great. They looked like they were having fun and that made the trip there that much better. The azle location where I stopped was a great treat. Everything was as I ordered and in a timely matter even with the lunch rush. Dining room and floors were surprisingly clean considering the rush. This is definitely one of the better locations for Whataburger. It’s easy to get in and out of. And the food is always hot. I’m a spicy ketchup fanatic. So if I could tell you to try anything, make sure you try the spicy ketchup. While I have never had it. My son loves the spicy chicken sandwich. I’ve eaten here over 50 times. Food has its ups and downs. Mostly good. But today They had a young man named Seth working there. He was so polite and seemed to love his job. His customer service was far superior to the usual. He definitely is a cut above the normal service I have received before now. Thanks Seth.
