The cooks here prepare good hamburgers, bacon and cheeseburgers. Perfectly cooked biscuits and tasty apple pie can make a good impression on you. Tea is good at this fast food. Whataburger is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are affordable. There is lovely atmosphere at this place, as people find it. But this spot hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Did an online order and went to pick up. Went inside. Took several minutes for anyone to greet us at the counter. When we finally got someone's attention, a women in her mid to late thirties, they told us they didn't receive our order, and then walked away and ignored us. A few minutes later she came back and I showed her the online order and receipt on the website and she told me again the order doesn't exist. She then walks away while I'm still talking to her. At this point, we find the drink has been made in the pickup area so we pull that and show her when she gets back after several minutes of being ignored again. She said "well they must not have made it yet then". An order, that she cannot find that was put in 30mins prior. They found it several minutes later. We drive home, to find the order is messed up. The hamburgers were incorrect one even had rotten tomatoes on it. Called the store to see if I could return it for a refund, where I was told that because it was ordered online it would need to be refunded online and was hung up on by the manager before I could ask anything else. Avoid the evening shift here. Unfortunately this is not our first experience like this with this particular location. Highly suggest going to the one on Preston road. Be careful eating at this restaurant! Manager "Matthew" saids it's store policy to give out food that's 1-2 hrs old if your ordering from door dash. Clearly it's okay to give old food out.

No point ordering a large cup when they fill it up with ice. When are they going to get new management? Also instead of fresh hashbrowns they just dipped the old ones back in the fryer making them impossible to chew. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

When i first started coming here the service was wonderful. The past few times I’ve came in the morning it’s not busy but yet they have slapped my burger together without any care. They forgot the patty on my burger and the next incorrectly made my burger. I expressed this to them and they only took the same burger back slap it on the grill did not remake it or refresh any of my sauces or cheese which only left me with a stale burger. This Whataburger is actually terrible. I go often to Whataburger, and had the unpleasant experience of visiting the Cross Roads Whataburger Jan 19, 2024 for a late night breakfast after working on my vehicle. My order was lost, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, and the order was wrong after I got home. After my order being lost, it was also cold, but waiting in line at the drive-thru for it, I did not want to wait double to get my food remade. The black kids at night hang out like it’s a party. Ordered 2 items one night and stood there watching a crew of at least 10-12 doing absolutely nothing besides freestyle rapping, being obnoxious and playing around like children. For 15-20 minutes. If the regional management isn’t going to clean house, just burn this place to the ground because certain shifts of employees are useless and my order has been awful at least a dozen times.
