Typical diner / cafe. Friday fish / shrimp fry was terrific and is done all day Friday. I really liked how the shrimp were battered. Came with choice of potato and I did the baked potato with butter and sour creme. Comes with salad bar, which was smaller though sufficient. Note that they bring the fish and shrimp to you and if you want more just ask and they bring more out fresh, which was fine. OK for a small town café. It is a great place to eat good pricing and for only one server for the entire place she is on the ball like crazy. Never had an issue with her. Never had to wait long and the cooks are on point love it. This is a great truck-stop, 'mom n pop' place to eat. If you want good, wholesome food then this is your place to be. Menu is pretty wide and varied and should suit most tastes and appetites. Recently went there for the first time since COVID and it did not disappoint. My first time having country fried steak on the Trucker's Breakfast. So very good. Cheese curds were also excellent. The staff are super friendly. Note: bring cash. They don't accept cards but they DO have an ATM out front. Enjoy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
