I was at the White Castle in Farmington Missouri and it was fantastic. The manager and staff were so friendly while working and such great team players. A very clean store and they knew customers by name and very friendly to the customers in drive thru. It was a pleasant experience and quite enjoyable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sliders were great as always. They were out of iced tea and the one they had in the soda dispenser was terrible. The French fries were perfect. The staff was cheerful and pleasant. Management needs to be changed. The place is always understaffed, and the staff that is there have poor service skills. Here's some free training for y'all, it doesn't matter how busy you are, you AWLAYS say hello to your customers. "Hi, I'll be with you in a moment." That's all you have to do. Try it out next time. Delicious food. I had never had breakfast food from White Castle before. I will be returning for breakfast. I will always love the original sliders, double cheese sliders, onion rings and shakes. I like to get crave cases when we get out of town company. I haven't had anyone that had anything negative to say about their first White Castle burgers. I have been getting them since before they were $0.25 a piece. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Excited to always have this burger until we saw our burgers had no cheese and we did not get our drink. Manager came to the car apologized took the crave box and returned the same box of burgers they had added the cheese, burgers cold and cheese not melted. Those type of burgers need to be hot to enjoy. Customer service is 5. Service Take out Price per person $20–30

White castle burgers are awesome. Can't really compare to anything else, they are unique. Iurs were hot and fresh. We waited a bit long, but other than that, the place was great. Usually very friendly fast and comfortable experience last 5 plus years this visit I had new guy and commication with ordering was a negative experience from the ordering standpoint I only ordered on buy one get one free 5 burgers with paying for extra cheese. What I got told was the coupon that went with a number order or my sack bags of burger was keyed in wrong and I got charged a buy on get one free number 1 which I never ordered or paid for and was forced to pay for it because he keyed it in wrong . I had 8 burgers more than I wanted and didn't get the 5 plus 5 with cheese I was very disappointed and will probably stopped using them for months til I know the new guy is trained and I will write out my menu choices prior to ordering with coupons so no more.miscomm. again in future.
