I'd give a 0 but it don't allow me to. Tonight my bf and I stopped in to sit for a few and wait on a ride. In doing so we bought a drink. Yes, we used our own cup because we are walking. The lady at the counter was rude. I stopped at the machine to fill up said cup, then made my way to the counter to pay, but BEFORE I could even speak she said hastily that's not free you have to pay for that! Well, what do u know, that's why I'm at the counter with money in hand. Then they look at us the entire visit making us feel uncomfortable like we are some criminals. Mind you, I paid 2.55 for a small drink to.use in my own refillable cup and they want to treat us this way! Service here sucks. We even come here often and never been treated this way! very misleading appearance of building. the subpar castle design was enough to lure me in, but when i entered the building i was greeted with a modern layout. the cheese rings tasted like something that shouldn’t exist, and the minature hamburgers were below desired temperature. The plant based sliders are super! Ordered ahead and was given the time our order would be ready. Arrived 10 minutes late and the was not ready.
