Avoid this absolutely brutal Chinese experience. Doesn't matter if your food is decent when your customer service is absolute trash garbage. They messed up my sister's order and then BLAMED her for their mistake. We have been going here for over 20 years and each year the customer service gets worse and worse. Do yourself a favor and just go to PF Chang's. Even a chain restaurant is better than this disaster of a place. My whole family will absolutely never return here or give them our business again. One star but I wish I could give them zero.

This place went downhill, they use WAAAY too much butter in their food overall, I got sick from eating the beef and string bean special. The rice was exceptionally dry, seems some foods can be made right and others not so much..never ordering from here again unless they change their cooking quality.. which seems to never happen Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1

Sorry to say but. The hot and sour soup tasted like soap. The boneless ribs were more like eating jerky. And how can you possibly see up an egg roll. But the thing I can't see to understand is that the sauce packs tasted watered-down. So I did some looking and noticed you can get cheap packs. Very good and fresh! Guy on the phone is very friendly:) definitely recommend and I will be ordering from here for now on! It’s hard to find a good Chinese place that is consistently good so hopefully next time it will be yummy like this time :) thanks

For whatever reason, they couldn't give me an accurate time that my food would be ready, so after being told TWICE that they needed extra time, I eventually became fed up and cancelled my order even though I hadn't eaten anything the entire day. I had gotten to the point that I felt I was not even slightly valued as a customer. They didn't even offer me a discount or anything to try to save the order. "Sorry sir", just doesn't cut it. And to add insult to injury, the food is barely edible to begin with.

The food taste good, but lately the woman at the front feels she can change the prices at will without prior notifying the customer. Twice now she has done that with me. Last time let her know that's soo wrong, especially without letting me know when I place the order. Also, they don't always add all the ingredients to the food. Latest was taking out the water chestnuts slices from the house special fried rice. I feel the woman is very rude as well. I don't think will buy from them again. Being generous with the two stars... One will be more deserving.
