Tried to call two times to order online waited 10 min and they hung up called back waited another 10 min. No answer. Finally placed order at store waited 45 minutes to finally get my order. Serve sucks. Finally got food and order was wrong Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place has horrible management I placed a order online and they offered the delivery and they messed up my order and wanted me to take the wrong order back,, so they could replace it with the right one mind you theirs a reason I got delivery I had no way of getting their and that’s the reason I paid extra for the delivery WING STOP offers I didn’t go through a third party for delivery Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

told a tattooed lady I ordered online, gave her name, and she just said okay. waited for 20 mins (I ordered about an hour ago) and nothing. it was empty by that time and i asked how long it'd take and she asked what name, she didn't notify anyone of my order and she just saw me sitting there. the other man was very kind but i think the lady should've told someone about my order, she just said okay and dismissed me. my food was cold btw Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1
