For an authentic Chinese American (and Hawaiian)food experience, this is a great place. We’ve been coming to this place since it opened 15-20 years ago and I’ve always ordered the same two-item combo: jalapeño beef and mushroom chicken (dark meat ony) because they are excellent for non-authentic Chinese food. As noted by others, this place stands apart from other Chinese American food places because they cook everything to order. So every meal here is fresh and hot. Highly recommended. Love the food here but this time very disappointed. Arrived at 5:27 pm and waited 30 minutes for my food. After 30 mins of waiting I go up to the girl at the register and ask how much longer she explains there's a big order before mine. I get it it's Friday and people order take out but all she had to do before I order and waited was give me a heads up and notify me that there's a big order that's it's going to be a wait but no I waited and at the end asked for a refund.
