All I can say is YEH MON! Finally gave this place a try and was NOT disappointed. Hidden on a side street in Saratoga is the Best Jamaican Food in the Region. Chef is incredibly nice. Beef patty w/Coco bread, Bread is warm and light, beef patty is hot and well seasoned. Perfect appetizer or quick lunch. Chicken curry was the Best- seasoned and just the right amount of spice, cabbage and carrots cooked perfectly. Now the Oxtails! If you know a good oxtail "fall of the bone is necessary" and these fell all the way off. The meat, gravy, beans so rich and flavorful. Ordered plantains this time also, large serving for the price, tender and not too sweet, really good. The 3 stars for atmosphere don't mean anything, it's a takeout only place. Can not wait to see him expand and be a full service restaurant.

What a delight! This was the best jerk chicken I have had in years!
We had no idea this gem was hiding in Saratoga Springs. Chef Gregory greeted us with a warm smile and exuberant vibe. We visited in December when the meals are take-out. We were told that there is outside sitting when it's warmer.
We ordered jerseys chicken with plantains and rice with peas. My wife enjoined curry chicken with cabbage and rice. The chicken was moist and fall-off-the-bone tender. The jerk seasonings were flavorful without being overpowering. The fried plantains were perfect.
We topped our meal off with a slice of the lightest and moistest chocolate cake - so good!
Well done Chef Gregory! We will be back soon.
