I have frequented Monaca Yolanda's for some 30 years, I particularly liked the server Danette/Donette that was there for ages and have never had a problem and have enjoyed every order,,,,,,on 2/24 I placed a take-out order for a pepperoni pizza and an order of spaghetti with meat sauce,,,,,upon arriving home and starting on my second piece of pizza I noted a short dark hair in the bottom of the box, it wasn't on the pizza but nonetheless I lost my appetite.....the next evening I thought I would be dining on spaghetti with meat sauce and it was spaghetti with meatballs,,,,,not the same.... I contacted them via their on-line survey with my dissatisfaction, I am from the old school and expect the courtesy of a response in a timely manner even if it be "sorry about your order, go pound sand",,,nothing as yet,,,,,,,your Customer Service is lacking,,,,,,,, Yolanda you have lost my bidness.

Awesome pizza, today we had Buffalo chicken pizza. My adult son said it’s the best he ever had. If it’s possible to top that, the breadsticks are to die for. 2 adults, 2 kids, everyone was happy with our meal and service. I've been coming here for years. Standard Italian fare that's always been consistent in quality and taste since I was there the first time in the early 90s. Always really really good.
