Yummy Rice is our “go to” for amazing Thai food in Volusia County. There are a lot of good Thai places in and around Daytona, but the food at YR is delicious and the owners are so kind and wonderful! Plus, it’s a woman owned business! We love the peanut chicken, curries, and pad thai. For authentic Thai food, you won’t be disappointed! Spur the moment late lunch that turned out to be pretty amazing. Highly recommend the pad Thai with shrimp. We showed up just a little before their lunch shift ended and they were more than willingly sat us down and served us. They were even taking their lunch break as we were leaving. The service was 10 out of 10 as well the food. Tasted fresh, and their hot chili sauce was out of this world. Only recommendation would be for them to sell their chili sauce to go, but I believe it’s a private recipe. Haven’t been able to have Thai food in a long time, so this was an awesome treat. I have to really love or dislike a place to write a review. This was the absolute best Thai food I have ever had. I had the pineapple curry with chicken. So good! Great service as well. This place has the best Thai food I’ve ever had!! Amazing curries, try the chicken peanut! I’ve had some Thai before but this exceeds all of my previous restaurants, easy!
