"We visited this restaurant after a business meeting, enticed by the promise of great steak. The ambiance and food exceeded expectations and come highly recommended. However, the service left something to be desired, which was disappointing, especially considering the restaurant's aspiration for a higher segment. The main issue was the frequent change of service staff during our meal. Each new person delivering food or drinks was different from the one who took our order, leading to confusion about who ordered what. When service staff changes occur during a meal, it's crucial to ensure the next person is aware of the order details to maintain a smooth dining experience."
