Asked for a taco dinner tongue and steak and was told only sell in pairs..Menu says that same price for both dinners. In the end they put 3 tacos in box . Burnt steak. This Mexican joint is located in a small corner but boyyy is it delicious. The flavors are so authentic and rich and the portions are huge. From he tacos to the taco salads everything is done fresh and meets expectations. My all time favorite is the tacos the asada and the chicken taco salad. I’ve mostly eaten steak tacos here & daaaaamn their steak is so good!! Juicy & flavorful; rarely any fat pieces mixed in. They have a drive-thru but it’s just pick-up; you hafta call first to order, they don’t take orders at the window (dumb). I’ve had their tamales too, just the cheese/pepper one, which is decent tho the masa is a bit dry. WORSE EXPERIENCE!! The workers were RUDE! My family & I walked in not one of the workers greeted us. My husband walked in & asked if we can still dine in due to it being a little later at night & he was completely ignored. No one informed us if we had to go up & order or if they were coming to take our order. After we figured out we had to go up & order the workers had the audacity to ask for a tip. As we sat down the workers were sweeping at our feet. We asked for lime & before we could even finish asking they right away stated there wasn’t anymore. Mind you we sat in front of a fridge where we can see a whole bucket of limes & when it was brought to their attention they laughed about it. Then we had hair in our salsa. At this point my husband was already a bit frustrated & asked who the manager was. The lady he asked pointed her out & he came back to sit down as she was taking an order. Then I notice the worker he asked go & tell another worker that he asked for the manager because of the limes & they laughed about it. And if you’ve been to this location before you know it’s very small so I can literally hear everything they are saying. The limes were not the main issue their attitudes & rudeness was the issue. They will tell you 5-10 min over the phone , when you get there is 15-20 min wait. No apologies or anything, if you order tacos you’ll get a bunch of onions very little meat. The meat is cooked better during the day then if you go in the afternoon/night. Awful customer service, and very poor behavior from staff , you can see a lot of cross contamination going on. Staff should not clean while cooking. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
