Had a terrible experience with Robin in the deli today. Not the 1st time either. She is rude, argumentative and then pushed her job on a co-worker. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the nice young man that did end up helping me was really great! Robin just walked away yelling…you got her right. Management needs to get her out of the deli, she’s no good working in that department.

I was in line today and the Manager walked around to the cashier helping me and loudly Said,”Did you check the bottom of the basket”. Now why did she do that to me there was three other people in front of me. Not only was it degrading but embarrassing I definitely will never shop there again.

Very helpful & friendly service, even when short handed. Been buying there for 20 years, when it was Lucky 's. The Organic produce, meat & deli sections are all up to ones highest expectations. Even the customers that shop there are more friendly & do not run you over people like what happen in another grocery store.

Pretty good outfit. Front of store has decent customer service. Back of store...not so much. Prices seem higher than average but California has higher prices! We're visiting from Montana.
I wish that I would have caught his name but I need to mention.... There is a young fella in the meat dept. that is outstanding. Very helpful and strives to accommodate the customers.

I find the "new" layout a little confusing and prefer the butcher selection at the Albertsons in Alpine. This store does have great variety and I can almost always find what I need. A little pricier than some other stores, but again quality and selection is better. Staff is always kind and store is always clean.

The lines for the 4th were long. But they made it as fast and safe as possible. The ace sushi is pretty damm good.

Nice, clean, well lit, well stocked, store. Seems to have decent prices. I’ve been shopping at Albertsons lately and initially I did not like the single check out line. It’s grown on me, and seem pretty fast and efficient. Wouldn’t mind if they kept this up post pandemic. It was a pleasant shopping experience and I would shop here again.
