Recipe for KS Star Pho... 1) Gather sewage water. 2) Bring to a boil, then add a cheap pack of cup-o-noodles. 3) Add some stank oysters from a run down asian market that resemble chunks of beef. 4) Find some dried up one-day-from-rotten limes and pre-cut since you can't be bothered cutting them fresh to order. 5) Combine all the filth, then add nearly rotten limes on the side. 6) Serve to unsuspecting casino guests. 7) Bask in the success of your scam until complaints shut you down. If you enjoy eating garbage, this is a 5 star restaurant. You be the judge. I double dog dare you lol.
