Food was chard and actually delivered to the wrong way able then taken back in to the kitchen and delivered to me about three minutes later my wife’s food was presented as an afterthought. The air conditioning was turned up to so it actually moved the placemats on the table, causing us to gobble our meals so they wouldn’t get cold. When we requested that it be corrected the reply was we don’t have time right now we are very busy. This was my worst experience with any Applebees as I frequently visit the ones in North Carolina where I live. The lady next to us explained that we'd had gotten this seat after she had declined to be seated in the seats that was assigned to us, we weren’t afforded a like opportunity. Please confirm check #9303 1022056 I paid in cash and decided not to tip because I was never treated as the customers in my area I felt as though I was not welcome and have decided not to visit again not because I’m not going to be in area but my experience of professional service wasn’t met you have to know that I am a certified chef and my palate is delicate along with my dietary habits The appetizer boneless chicken is wings are the same nuggets that goes on a child’s plate. I went in around 12 for the half price appetizers at the bar. Valerie the bartender was amazing! She was friendly and very attentive. She made excellent drinks was very nice to everyone around the bar even though she was very busy.... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Decided to stop in after seeing an all you can eat commercial. Glad we did because our server Andrew made our visit awesome. He was very friendly, and funny. We try to stay away from chain restaurants, but came here to meet up with some family. I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was very delicious! Fresh fries along with it too.
