Based on the guests' opinions, prices are good. When you enter this place, pay your attention to the peaceful atmosphere. But most visitors who use Google didn't grant this bar a high rating.

We love the appetizers at Applebees. The warm pretzels were good as always. The chicken won tons were on point and the mozzarella sticks were what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Our entrees consisted of three cheese penne pasta that needed more cheese. It was almost non existent. My son used the left over sauce from the pretzels to sauce up his pasta. After he did all of that he found hair in his food. The ultimate no no at all restaurant. That is what sunk the score. The whiskey burger wasn’t seasoned and needed more sauce. We asked and we were given it however the burger should be prepared with more sauce. It was dry without. It actually needed the sauce. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive and on top of our needs. We just wished the food experience would have been better. Absolutely the worst food I've ever had at any Applebee's. My nachos were old, dry and cold. The meat and cheese were dry, the jalapenos were also dry, and the seeds were dark? I've never seen anything like that before. My friend's steak was well done when he ordered medium rare. I’ve just had the worst experience ever at an Applebees ever. First off this is in Pottstown Pa. It started at the beginning the hostess wanted to give us a table but we prefer a booth so she gave us the worst booth possible by the door at take out so it was cold sitting there. We made an order I asked for a steak but I wanted it cooked it medium but I got it well done and the potatoes were cold and I asked for Cole slaw instead of broccoli but I got broccoli anyway. And then before I had my first bite I have my check. The waiter did not ask if we wanted desert or anything else. I always have three beers before leaving , his name was Dante. I am sorry I go to Applebees quite often but it will be quite a while before I return to that Applebees ever. I think it was shameful the way I was treated.

Okay so, while they weren’t as busy as normal, after being seated I have had to wait 25 min to order just soft drinks, then another 10 min to get the drinks. Normally I have good service at this Applebees. But 35 min in total to wait to get drinks in is wild. It was sad that no other wait staff that pasted even would help some walking past 8-10 times to help the table behind us. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Endless boneless wings. Do not recommend. They came out so hard you have to pull the breading off just to eat the chicken. The fries were cold, not even a hint of heat. The waitress Renée was wonderful. She cares about her customers and was very attentive. I asked to see the manager, Christian was his name. Explained to him that the food was not good at all, cold fries cold broccoli, hard wings and the app sampler we got had cold food also. He said it was because of the cheap products that corporate sends them to use. He took no accountability for his kitchen staff. Let's just blame corporate and be done. 14 of us celebrated a 70th birthday at this Applebee's. Ava was a fabulous server. Wish I could have her at every restaurant I go to. The food was wonderful - as always at every Applebee's I go to across the country - very accommodating. Please keep the salmon, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli on the menu. And they gave us the space at lunch to have an area to ourselves. All of us enjoyed our gathering here. Thank you!!!
