It's a pleasant experience to eat good chicken salads, grilled chicken and bacon. The recipe for success of this bar is its tasty Brezeln. Delicious beer is served - try and enjoy. A lot of visitors order great tea. Applebee's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A lot of guests say that the dishes have average prices. Everybody says they going down hill but there hella wrong. The food was fresh and hot. Our servier was a young man very nice well manners. I forgot my phone at the restaurant and the team made sure it will really mine before I even left with it. Just great!! I ordered the basic chicken fingers and fries to go. The server was friendly and nice. The food came out 10 min later, like I was told, but it was refried and couldn't even chew it when I tried eating. Maybe it would have been different if I was dining in, but I guess we will never know. Im leaving 2 stars because the server was nice and curious. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

This is now the second time at this location, that I have been standing inside upwards of 10 minutes. The app tells you the order is ready, the email asks how your food is and to do a survey. I cannot survey food I haven't received. When I did get it, the order is wrong but I am NOT going back. The staff were dismissive, and multiple times were overheard talking about various parts of my order not being ready. The location was not very busy, and as someone who has worked in a restaurant before it is truly shocking they still wanted to ask about a tip. The tip is given based on service and with a 45 minute wait between placing the order, and walking out the door with my food, I believe I should have just been refunded and had the chance to go elsewhere. My daughter and I visited this location after the Magic City Classic, Shauna was our server, and she was amazing. She was very attentive. Constantly checking on us.
