I tried to come in to have lunch on 2/19/24 about 3pm after a Dr's visit since I was nearby. Not very busy. The hostess had to ck w a server since short staffed. Saw server, hostess & who found out was Mgr who just came in discussing. Was told after 10 min it would be 20 min wait. The time it took to ck I could have sat @ empty table @ be served. I'm 1 person. The Mgr could have waited on me. Bad mgmt. No one else waiting. Very disappointed. Get your act together.

Food is good, but the service here is seriously lacking. Wait time regarding the server is too long (came when the place was near empty) and interactions from the server is platonic at best.
Might as well spend your money at Wendy’s next door…

Food was okay. Alcohol eh. I guess stick to what is on the menu. Ordered a spiked lemonade and it tasted like water, lemon juice and a shot of vodka. Like from a bartender I would have expected better. Waitress was not good. Had like two other people bring us our food.

Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp
My son and I went there last night! Not only did they not ask us if we wanted a high top table by the bar, NO! They sat us at a High top table that was dirty with ketchup or BBQ smears all over it! So I asked to please have us sit somewhere else, I got the rolled eyes and they wanted to sit at the table next to us which also was dirty with napkins from the people before us, I I asked kindly to have a regular table, which there were plenty of them, I got a sight and another rolled eyes! So they sat us at a table for 2 people in the very back! Our server really didn't felt the need to communicate with us also always rolled her eyes! My son asked for salt cause there wasn't any at the table, mind you he asked 3 times and right before he was close to being done with his food another serve came by and slammed the salt on the table said " here you go " and walked away! So that was yesterday! The other couple times the floor had ripped up paper or napkins all over the floor and then we also been sat at a window table that had tons of ants running around on the table! But yesterday was the last straw I will never go back to this location EVER AGAIN!

Boring atmosphere. Filled with people who don't enjoy food if they're eating here. Overpriced for mediocre food. I've tasted much better food from cheaper restaurants. The endless deal is a scam as they'll have you waiting what feels like forever. Ribs were okay, nothing special at all.
