Everything was great about this location. The only thing that dropped it to 4 stars is that I felt the service was a little slower than I had received at other locations. We waited a long time for the server to take our order, and she did not stop back too often. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

It was freezing cold in the restaurant. Most people were still wearing their winter coats inside as it was so cold. Doesn't help that the section that we were sitting in got the cold air.feom both the regular door and the car side to go door. It was literally so chilly that I was in a hurry to get out of there. The food was pretty good. We had two entrées and like everything else, the price had gone up since we were here last. We didn't have desserts, and only one appetizer, so a thorough review would not be reasonable. The server was very aware and helpful with table service, suggested beverage and menu options. Overall, the restaurant has not changed. I would like to see some updates as it is showing its age. This Applebee's continues to be a good place for a quick bite or slightly relaxed atmosphere of you arrive at non peak hours. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My boyfriend and I went in to Applebees for his birthday..we ordered our food, waited 20 minutes for our food, which is fine on a busy night but once our food got to us we had no silverware, none of the sauces we had asked for and my chicken Alfredo had absolutely no Alfredo in it. We had watched our waiter pass by us many times before finally stopping by and then we finally got our silverware and ONE napkin to share. I had asked again for the sauce for my Alfredo and then by the time he got it out 7 mins later, it was separated in the cup from sitting for so long, my food was cold and I was disappointed. We had already paid on the kiosk for it…$35 for the cold gross food we received. I was planning on leaving a cash tip since cash is better for waiters but after all of that and feeling ignored by our server we decided to just leave. Wrecked me and my boyfriend’s mood on his birthday. We normally go to Applebees a lot and have always enjoyed it very much. This experience has made us realize that if the servers don’t see a tip on the screen when you pay then they will treat you badly the rest of the time. I had all of my food left. None was eaten and the server did not care, didn’t even bother to ask how it was after I had said something about it before. Nice location to have a meal. The support for local and state sports teams integrated in the Applebee's gives a nice "homey" vibe. This location was very popular for birthdays. There were 5 birthdays in the 4 hours we were there for dinner. The long bench seat was very uncomfortable, you either have to hunch over the table or lean far back. The chicken wonton tacos were good! However I would not recommend the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with chicken. It tasted more like pasta and the cheese was very sweet. Our server didn't seem to know what she was doing... for example, she forgot to bring all the toppings for my son's quesadilla. When I asked for the tomatoes and lettuce, she said yes, then stood and casually chatted with the table next to us for nearly over 5 minutes before going to grab the items, and STILL DIDN'T BRING THE LETTUCE, ONLY THE TOMATO. I left it alone. Also, when we first arrived, the host didn't offer us a high chair for my toddler (19 months). I'm 35 weeks pregnant, so it was extra difficult to hold him still. We ended up standing awkwardly by our table for over 3 minutes, basically wrestling my toddler until someone noticed and was able to get us a high chair. I've been a server for over 6 years, and I'm usually super understanding of mistakes and little issues along the way, but it was completely frustrating dealing with one issue after another. Afterwards, the server just took our payment and walked away, not saying "thank you" or "enjoy your evening", which I have literally always done in my years of serving. I was confused, thinking maybe we had been rude to her at some point, but this server really just didn't do a good job at all. I can't tell if she was just having a bad day, or just is very inexperienced in the food/hospitality industry. So unfortunately, that was a one and done experience for us at this location. Perfect Mother & Grown Daughter lunch date!! Staff attentive, courteous not just to us but notice same enthusiasm as the group before. Phenomenal food, so much to take home!
