Update: John the waiter is phenomenal and should train all employees on customer service skills. The food was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The burger was juicy and the veggies on it were crisp and fresh. Fries were hot and cooked to order. The all you can eat kept coming and was very filling. The Mai Tai cocktail was very refreshing. The Pepsi was crisp just the way it should be. The two on duty managers ensured everyone was taken care of and seemed very genuine. All in all I am very pleased with the service and the quality of food. Thank you for correcting this experience ! Went for wings- better wings than what B-dubs is serving nowadays. Much cheaper, too. Not as varied, though. Server was a bit slow to follow up on refills but otherwise the place is great. Not too packed even with the football game going on. Prospect to watch the Superbowl. Ask the staff to turn the music off and put the channel sound. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Always heard great things about Applebee's so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. The service was great but the food was not worth the money I spent. Got my order to go and trusting the order was complete, when I arrived home, my husband's plate was missing the shrimp. I understand mistakes happen, but the food was dry and bland. I ordered Chicken Alfredo, dry and flavorless. I also ordered a side of onion rings, they literally gave me 5 onion rings. Needless to say I won't be going back. Food is good, just enough portion that can be shared too. I just hoped our food came all the same time. I appreciate that they have a good kids menu.
