Worst experience ever! Applebee's in other cities are so much better. Went for my Birthday because we were in the area. Got seated. Took waitress 5 minutes to even acknowledge us. We were there at 11:45am. Only 2 tables occupied. She finally came to get our drink order. 10 minutes later with no drinks, she is talking with a Co worker about her wrist and how she shouldn't be there. I got up and had to walk to her and say we we're ready to order. Still took her another 5 minutes to do that. It had been atleast 1/2 hr and no food. She didn't even come and check on us in the meantime. I got up again and found her by the bar. She said coming with food. NOBODY IS IN THE RESTAURANT!! She brings food, never once checked on us. I needed more tarter sauce. Had to go find her once again!!! Terrible food. Terrible service. I hope someone from management sees this, because your losing business here in Klamath. We went for a late Valentine's day. For appetizers my husband got the nachos and I got the combo platter that came with mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadillas, boneless wings and chip with a spinach artichoke cheese dip. Both very yummy. For dinner I had the Lime Chicken and my husband had the chicken with shrimp. My husband said his was ok. But that the steaks are better. Mine was delicious although my spanish rice was cold. I had a Passion Fruit Margarita that was so tasty. I unfortunately cannot remember our waitress' name but she was very nice and attentive. Friendly atmosphere. Not super busy. We spaced out our orders for appetizers and our dinner so that everything came spaced out as to not get too full. We asked for a booth, escorted to a table. Waitress coughed on my daughter, thought that was funny, while taking our order...couldn't even keep count of drinks versus seated people. Other tables that arrived after our party had were served, ate, and left while we waited for nearly an hour with no drink refills, no food, and no communication. We asked for our check, to settle our bill. Nope, waitress ignored our request with a lame statement and tried to stall. We are not returning to this location. Peace out. Service: 1

Food is OK, and we were waiting for a pretty long time to have our order. However the restaurant team was doing their best to feel us good, so I decided to give 5 stars anyway. People is the most important part of any restaurant experience for me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
