Was there on a very rainy Monday evening, so it was not al all crowded. The food was nicely prepared and presented; the service was friendly and professional; and the atmosphere was typically Applebee’s. The only potential downside is that because of traffic congestion and poor local planning, the restaurant is a little difficult to get to from the main road that passes through this busy area right on an exit off I-95. The food tasted great. Steak cooked to perfection. Service was not so good. Waited a long time for my food and it was not busy. I also ordered dessert and some food to go after dinner. I asked for the dessert for here and the food to-go but they had me wait another half hour and dropped a hot blondie on the table with my wife's To-go order. Ask 3 different people for something, finally the host had to bring it to me..not even sure if we had a waiter as we were checked on once in an hour of being there..drink sat empty for 20 minutes and still never asked if i wanted a refill..looks like only people they cared about were at the bar since I had to get up and walk over just to pay for my food. It's Applebee's. Tastes the same everywhere. Not a great beer selection, food was fresh, waitress was nice, I left full. Breadstick was pretty crunchy though!
