cold food, order wrong, half the fries are missing, on top of all that you had me pull out of line and wait just to give me a wrong order and cold food. maybe next time I'll come and pay with sticky greasy pennies, Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't normally give any negative reviews but the last three times I've been to Arby's my sandwiches were wrong and my fries were cold all three times! I go inside to order I do not use the drive thru and it that hasn't helped! All three times I tried to call in once I got home so of the three time I called 11 times and they never once answered there phones! Frustrating Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
