1 st time I came food was hot really good service was great 2nd time it was alright 1 sandwich was not that hot 3rd time I came I think they screwed up 1 of the shakes food was not hot at all so very disappointing since the 1st time I came was great probably won't be coming back.

Here's another example of more nasty tasting food I ordered the fish sandwich and I felt fine after eating but hours later I felt sick to my stomach I sweating and shaking and felt like throwing up some of these restaurants will hire anyone cooking your food lesson learn I'll stick to eating at home 🤮🤢🥴

Not clean, bad service. Arby's needs to step it up if they want to compete with the bigger fast food chains...
Made an order via the app for $1 any size fries offer. Absolutely no customers at Arby's. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes before the employee opens with "sorry you can go ahead and order now." Pulled up to the window and waited another minute. The employee is facing away from the window and my food is sitting in a bag in front of him. He finally turns and notices I am there waiting (how long does he think it takes to pull up?) and grabs the bag, opens the window and hands it to me--saying absolutely nothing. I say thank you and he says you're welcome.
Besides this service... After receiving my order my whole car smells like fish, despite there being only fries in the bag. Oil is not clean or maintained, or everything is being fried together. Gross.
I'd say you get what you pay for but McDonald's has the same deal, and I have never had this quality of customer service there, or Burger King or anywhere. Unimpressed

Buyer beware... If they screw up your order, and most likely they will, YOU will have to make a second trip back to the store to get a refund. Check your bags, open up the sandwiches and make sure it's correct before you leave if you want to save yourself the hassle. Considering they are more expensive than the other many places nearby you would think they would want to do better for what they're charging.

I ordered from this Arby's in Brooklyn center, and the guy taking my order over charged me for a lot things I didn't order. Totalled up to 29 bucks and change. He acknowledged that he had made a mistake in ringing up my order. I was told I'd be reimbursed for the money. That was almost a month ago still no money or no word from management. Corporate you'll be getting an email soon.

Took about 10 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 shakes, 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Which the fries were wrong, we asked for curly, got crinkle. We had been there so long we took what we could get. The lone bright spot was the gentleman in the drive thru window. He was very polite, very professional, and seemed like he enjoyed his job. I wish I would have gotten his name dang it. But excellent customer service, terrible everything else.

Frustrating and very inconvenient experience. I have a work truck that is too large to get through the drive through. I ordered through the mobile app. You cannot customize anything, not even what dipping sauce you want. The app said I could pick up inside. Not the case, the store is locked and I had to call them to get my food. They acted like it was the worst experience they could ever have. And then I loved the sticker on the lid so I couldn’t have a top on it.
Almost every restaurant is open for at lease carry out. Cmon guys, do better.
