This location is reliable, when you can spend your money and always get food that tates fresh, and the mozzarella sticks are always hot and melty. When I think about fast convenient food there are other places that I might crave but you're taking a gamble on the quality of what you're going to get. I just wanted to give a shout-out to the sweet young lady working the front counter, I think she said her name was Liz...or maybe Lisa? I'm pretty sure she said Liz, but I didn't see a name tag. 🤷 I was having an awful time visiting out of state relatives when I came in, and this angel of a stranger must have caught on. I don’t the lady’s name, but she was covered in tattoos and was above awesome. The only person I’ve met that has charisma & personality. Ion care if my food nasty or my order wrong. I always get roast beef sliders, side of au jus, crinkle fries & mozzarella sticks. Every time I go here they forget something, it's been the mozzarella sticks the last 2 times!! It really irritates me. Slow tf down and do your job PROPERLY!! The food was just as advertised. Missed out on the Wagyu Burger, but the Gyro was as good as I remember. I highly recommend the crinkle cut fries as they are always served up fresh and don't hold on to the oil like the curly fries. The crew at this location seemed to work really well together and the food came out hot, fresh and fast. No issues with the order at all. They got the name wrong on my order. They kept calling out this other person's name. My boyfriend (who stood up there waiting for our food) told them The name must be wrong because no one is coming to get the order. The order was wrong and they insisted it was correct. My boyfriend said, "let's take a look here at the receipt. It says 2 krinkle cut fries"... On the tray, there was one crinkle and one curly... Obviously, the order was not correct... the manager on duty Kept insisting it was correct... We had both asked for the meals... We only got one sandwich on the tray and two crinkle cut fries. We would have gladly paid the difference since they didn't charge us for the second Sandwich. It was a pissing match... The service was good and prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean. I have never been a fan of the roast beef here but I was looking forward to trying something new because of the commercials, unfortunately they did not have what I wanted. I tried the French dip, it wasn't really any different than the roast beef and the au jus was lacking flavor. The jalapeño slicer was pretty decent, loaded with some horsey sauce.
