I love this place! Always friendly, great place to grab and go early morning. Their Vietnamese coffee & breakfast made to order bagels sandwiches, maaaaan, just awesome hot, delicious, filling!! I’ve been coming here as I have been working in the area in a construction site from out of town, so glad I found them.
They make a variety of bagels especially their strawberry bagel is just so good!
Sandwiches, bagels, croissants, beverages, coffee & teas! Friendly staff and quick. I appreciate them so much and I am sure you will too!

Been coming here since 2015 or so and never been disappointed! They also have fruit smoothies with boba now which is a welcome addition to the lineup of breakfast items and specialty coffee drinks! Couple owners and always great and friendly service!
