1st time in Woodcliff Lake, I can tell from this $50+ burger lunch for 2 adults and 1 kid that this is a rich community! We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 kids combo, and $6+ for a fries side! Average food quality, good service and industrial bright/high level interior design, clean bathroom. Overall between 3-4 stars but regarding service quality, I incline to 4. Won’t be returning. Ordered a medium hamburger, what I recieved was completely raw. Spoke to rep on phone was told to come pickup another burger. I’d really perfer to not have to drive another 30min round trip for another burger and eat my fries and drink on the way lol. Then rep offered to refund me for the burger only… even though I was the one inconvenienced by driving a picking up an uncooked burger, well at least i have a drink a fries to eat… hopefully I don’t get SICK. Rep then says I’ll make sure to tell the kitchen to make your burger perfectly next time. For $60.00 I would like for my food to be made the way I ordered it. Edit: called back a second time because I never received receipt or refund as manager promised was told they were busy and didn’t have time to process it even though there was only one Uber eats driver inside. Female manager was very rude and even hung up on me. 3 days later and refund still hasn’t been processed nor have I received a receipt. Its a shame that I even left a tip for such bad service… Food: 1 Service: 1
