I like barns and noble overall, and I visited today looking for Nancy drew set for my daughter that showing in stock online. Ask a gentleman for help and if they have a set, he showed me a section with Nancy drew books, I asked for a set again and he just told me they don’t have it, that’s it. I ask a lady by the register to check on line since it showing in stock, this man just came out of no where and said he already checked and they don’t have it. I asked to check online to see their inventory, but he refused saying that he checked on his computer, which is not true since he was right behind us all the time. He started to raise his voice for no reason, the worse service that I have experienced in Barnes and noble. Will not return to this location again.
You can call them and order books , dvds, blue ray, 4k dvds, and have you pick them up at location. Staff are helpful. Store is clean and tidy and organized.

There's not much to do at The Lansing Mall anymore but exploring this bookstore is still fun. It's really clean, well stocked, and always has new things to see. There's a Starbucks cafe here, so it's fun to meet up and maybe find something new to read or enjoy.
I like the graphic novels myself.
We've been coming here since my son was little, to get the next book in the series he was reading. I sometimes get cookbooks and vinyl records. This bookstore holds a special place in my heart and I hope it never closes. Thank you to all the staff who have helped us over the years. We will keep frequenting as often as possible.
I visited Barnes & Noble in Lansing, Michigan and I was very impressed by their selection of books, their friendly staff, and their cozy cafe. The store is located in the Lansing Mall, which is convenient and easy to access. The store is spacious and well-organized, with a variety of genres and categories to choose from. I found some books that I was looking for, as well as some new ones that caught my eye. The staff was helpful and courteous, and they answered all my questions. They also offered me to sign up for their membership program, which gives discounts and rewards for frequent buyers.
One of the best features of this Barnes & Noble is their Starbucks cafe, which is located inside the store. They have a wide range of drinks and snacks, including coffee, tea, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches, and more. I ordered an iced mocha latte shake2, which was delicious and refreshing. I also enjoyed a slice of cheesecake, which was rich and creamy. The cafe has plenty of seating options, including tables, chairs, sofas, and armchairs. It is a great place to relax, read, or chat with friends.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Barnes & Noble in Lansing, Michigan. It is a great place for book lovers and coffee lovers alike. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality bookstore with a friendly atmosphere. I give it five stars out of five.

I spend at least an hour in Barnes and Noble every time I go in, longer if I get coffee! The smell of fresh, new books and opportunities to gain knowledge surround you. Love how many paper books there still are in the store, with so much technology these days.
