Come to this pizzeria for good beer. It's time to degustate delicious lemonade. Food delivery is a big plus of Barro's Pizza. The staff is courteous that's what makes this place so nice. Prompt service is something clients agree upon here. You are to be pleasantly impressed with low prices at this spot. A number of guests point out that the atmosphere is pretty here. I felt the pizza was just ok. The crust was nice, but the sauces were mediocre, and the toppings were light. multiple different pizzas, both thick crust and a couple gluten-free for my wife and daughter. Cashier was obviously annoyed by us being there, and it showed. We came in for lunch, and they were out of most of the pizzas. Cashier said we could wait ten minutes, or take what they had. The food we did get was good, but not getting what we wanted knocked it down to a two star rating. Do better, Barros. We placed a large order for pickup to watcht the football game and I specifically asked for blue cheese dressing for all my sets of wings. When I picked up my order I asked Courtney if the boxes had all blue cheese and she said yes I remember I took your order and these all have blue cheese. Instead of checking them myself I trusted her (she should have verified right in front of me but chose not to) and went on my way. Got home and had 6 containers of ranch and not a single blue cheese. I called down and talked with Courtney hoping she would help me out... But no, I was out of luck on my favorite blue cheese dressing with no resolution. Sometimes I wonder if there's any adult supervision in that store when I'm there. Very disappointed with my experience and I have been going there for 10 years. Great place for pizza, just be prepared to wait for it if you dine in. When we arrived, there was no line to order, but our large pizza was supposed to be a 45-minute wait, so we ordered salads also because they would come out right away (we were hungry!!). The tables were all dirty when we sat down, but a staff member offered to wash one off for us, which was much appreciated. The house salad is a nice mix of iceberg lettuce, fresh tomatoes, cheese, and tasty croutons. Our pizza eventually showed up, 70 minutes after we ordered. There weren't very many people dining in, so it felt like the online orders were being prioritized, and it was somewhat frustrating. When our pizza finally arrived, it was warm and delicious, with plenty of cheese, sauce, and the classic tasty Barro's crust. We ordered a sausage pizza with black olives on one side and pepperoni on the other, and as the photos will show, the sausage and pepperoni were sparse. We felt a little jilted on that score, but the rest was good. Pizza is really good, just beware. They have a hard time with making salads correctly. When we order salad they are hot or miss on if they are made correctly. Sometimes they add extra stuff to that salads. Tonight we found cheddar cheese and mushrooms in the antipasto salad. Spent nearly $100 on pizza and drinks for the family and when we got our 4 pizzas we were surprised that we only got 2 small ranch cups and when we asked for a couple more for our large party our waitress had a extremely bad attitude while explaining their "new" 2 cup ranch policy. We asked for a manager after that and got another employee with more bad attitude. Love coming to this location! It’s always good quality and great service! Tonight I decided to change up my order and go for some meatballs and garlic cheese bread. After my order comes out just north of cold I decided to take it back to the counter asking them if they could get both warmer for me. Well it came in lukewarm this time. I asked for a manager at this point to explain and say let’s just go back to what I always order and I know I love, a small pepperoni and sausage pizza. Rio was who helped me and he was very nice and apologetic about this unusual event. Next thing I know Rio brings back the pizza I ordered but actually upsized it by one size. This is how you keep loyal customer folks. You over deliver when you recognize that you under delivered to start with on something. Be careful to the charges and ask the price .... I was at the Queen Creek location with my Red Hatter group, we all like the pizza and salads , I order 6 pizza, 21 drinks and 3 big / large bowls of salads and the woman said $295 , I said wow sound too much , and she said any additional to the pizza , still too much , Oh ... I can give you a seniors discount , she never did, but if you order large pizza is a discount promotion , I said ok ... so I order 6 large pizza with discount of $3,71 each ... But when I was home I saw why, the sales woman NEVER said that each salad will be $55, so I paid only for the salads $165, if I knew the price I can order only one big salad ... very very bad of her not to mention the salad price, the salads were very big and was a lot of waist ... Now I know why I paid so much, because she wants to sale the salads... Next time I will be more careful and I will let my friends know not to trust the sales people from Barro's Pizza... The food was very very good... We had a lot of fun and we will go again, but I will be very careful with the orders and PRICE , I do not like to waist food ... Thank you ...
