I ordered sugar cookies and cake pops for my daughter’s first birthday (valentine’s day theme). Horrible artistry. I’m so disappointed because all of the photos online look exquisite. The girl who checked me out also was not aware of how much I paid ahead and miscalculated the price. I believe I spoke to the owner to place the order and she was very sweet but the cookies look horrible and I’m embarrassed to put them out.

A little shop with 12 ish kinds of cookie flavors. For me they were all under cooked with mild flavor and over priced. I didn’t finish any of them but they might be great to you.

I experienced the shop on the 1yr anniversary. I must say the desserts are delicious and that experience was top notch! But, I’ve been trying to patronize since then and either the shop is closed during business hours or they are only making desserts for large parties. I even tried calling to book for my birthday No answer and mailbox has been full for weeks.
My suggestion ladies change your store front hours to match your true business hours and hire someone to manage your company phone system. Your Desserts are Delicious and Black Owned Girl Power ❤️

I frequent this bakery often, it’s always so clean and the staff is beyond Amazing! The owner Amber comes out and personally makes everyone feel welcome, she explains the options that are available and what to expect from week to week as they rotate out the selections. This is one of my favorite little hidden gems and I recommend it to everyone I know.
I recently visited this bakery and was utterly dismayed by the experience. Upon arrival, I waited approximately six minutes without any acknowledgment. Despite calling out, no staff member responded. When a staff member finally appeared, her manner was unhygienic and rude. She seemed to assume that I wasn't there to make a purchase, almost as if I intended to steal.
Her greeting was abrupt and disrespectful: 'What do you want?' This left me taken aback. Despite my polite inquiry about their best offerings for a first-time visitor, she showed blatant disinterest. She completely ignored my questions about pricing and samples, showcasing a lack of professionalism.
Supporting small businesses is important to me, but this requires a basic level of respect and customer service, which were absent here. Trying to engage her about the products was futile; her disinterest was evident. Moreover, the cookies on display looked stale, like pastries neglected for days.
After enduring such disrespect and receiving no help, I decided not to patronize the establishment. Upon leaving, the staff member muttered a derogatory remark under her breath, which was deeply offensive and discriminatory.
As an influencer with a total of 1 million followers across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, I'm accustomed to a variety of interactions. I'm sharing this review anonymously, but I won't hesitate to bring this experience to my audience's attention. I urge this bakery to significantly improve its customer service. Negative experiences like mine can severely impact its reputation and patronage.

The Peach Cobbler cupcakes are everything I needed them to be!! This flavor is my favorite out of the entire line up. You can taste the cinnamon and the nutmeg with each bite! From the cupcakes, caramel cake, cookies, and even down to the brownies, this store offers so many delicious options that will definitely keep me coming back.
