This was one of the most bizarre dining experiences we’ve ever had. Took forever for someone to even offer us water or attend to us, yet the table next to us got a ton of attention. We had 5 different people wait on us, and none were very good and we had no idea who our waiter actually was. One of our dishes was not what was described on the menu at all, and then when we ordered something else to replace it, it took forever to come out. So my husband and I ate separately for our Valentine’s Day dinner out. The food wasn’t bad, but the rest was chaos and disappointing to say the least. We've stayed at this location and will continue to do so thanks to the hospitality of Benicis and their accommodations. Iwona was one to point out this time as she was an exceptional host making sure no one was left thirsty or empty glassed. Service was always friendly and welcomed back with a smile. We look forward to seeing her and the rest of the crew that keeps us refreshed and going pre and post work times. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Kept hanging up so we could not place a to go order even though we were staying at the hotel. Eventually went to place the order in person and they got their Grubhub system back online. I’ve been coming to this place for over a year, but tonight they just lost me as a customer and anyone else who has recommendations on where to eat! This place is rude!!! They act as though they are fine dining and treat you as if you are a nobody. I have finally had enough and will never be back!
